CHP needs to set up a youtube channel, one anyone can join and upload videos to. What kind of videos you may ask? Why Videos of people driving like total pieces of shit of course. Think about it, A speeding ticket is on average $350, Now fr every video linked to a conviction lets reward the person who submitted the video that $50, The State gets $300 and the person gets a reward for catching a piece of shit driver on the road, Imagine revenue. Not only will this make the government some nice pocket change, but it will also make these fucks more weary of driving like total idiots. Of course the fines might have to be lowered a bit, I do understand that sometimes we simply do forget to signal, or accidentally run a light, it happens. A stop light violation is also around $350, let’s lower this $150 sounds fair. Even lowering it by this much the state will still make a shit load of money. Hell If it existed Id do it for a $1 reward, I might even do it free.
